Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle stellst Du einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicher und entwickelst die IT-Landschaft am Standort Stuttgart aktiv weiter und verantwortest die IT-Budgetplanung.

Als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden bearbeitest Du IT-Anfragen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, koordinierst Aufgaben und sorgst für Transparenz sowie eine verlässliche Dokumentation.

Du arbeitest täglich mit Microsoft 365 (u. a. Teams, Planner, Outlook und Excel) und bringst Dich aktiv bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Digitalisierung ein. Dabei überzeugen Dich Pragmatismus, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Freude daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln.

Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
• Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, IT-Betrieb oder in einer koordinierenden Funktion innerhalb der IT mit.
• Der professionelle Umgang mit externen IT-Dienstleistern sowie die strukturierte Steuerung von Supportanfragen und IT-Prozessen gehören zu Deinem Erfahrungsschatz.
• Microsoft 365 nutzt Du sicher und routiniert – insbesondere Teams, Planner, Outlook und Excel – zur Organisation, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Aufgaben und Projekten.
• Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Windows-Umgebungen, Netzwerke und Cloud-Lösungen, und kannst technische Zusammenhänge kompetent einordnen.
• Fließend Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
