Aufgaben
Als Teil unseres Support-Teams sind Sie erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und sorgen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb:
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen unserer Kunden (Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem)
- Unterstützung im Bereich Clienttechnologie (Windows-Umgebungen, Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Peripheriegeräte)
- Betreuung von Endanwendern unserer Kunden bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten bei Kundenumgebungen
- Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory) in Kundensystemen
- Unterstützung bei Standardanwendungen (z. B. Microsoft 365, Drucksysteme, VPN)
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen per Remote-Zugriff oder ggf. vor Ort beim Kunden
- Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Weiterleitung komplexerer Fälle an den 2nd Level Support
- Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Updates und IT-Projekten bei unseren Kunden
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in) von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder im kundenorientierten Helpdesk wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und gängiger Standardsoftware
- Grundverständnis von Netzwerken, Clients und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
