About This Role

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements: Education: One full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement. Graduate education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and this is typically in or related to the work of the position. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience preparing a variety of staffing reports and staffing correspondence. Experience processing and completing SF-52s. Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with federal laws, Office of Personnel Management regulations and policies as they relate to human resource issues. Experience assisting in the processing of merit promotion packages to include announcing positions. OR Combination of Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience.
