Military Grades: E3 - E7 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07: One year of experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level that has equipped the applicant with a basic working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs. GS-09: One year of experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level that has equipped the applicant with a working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs. Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (MILITARY), Position Description Number D2009000 and is part of the MD JFHQ G1, National Guard. These positions work within the G1 and will be part of Education Services and/or HR Systems, and may be associated with other G1 sections as needed.
