Aufgaben

• Operative Geschäftsführung mit Verantwortung für das kaufmännische, technische und organisatorische Tagesgeschäft
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufsichtsrat
• Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Mitarbeiterteams
• Umsetzung von Zukunftsprojekten im Rahmen des geplanten Modernisierungs- und Entwicklungsprozesses

Qualifikation

• Führungserfahrung
• Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und eine positive Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Mitarbeitern, Gästen und Partnern zu interagieren.
• Finanzielle Kenntnisse zur Überwachung von Budgets und zur Sicherstellung der Rentabilität.
