Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die operative HR-Organisation bei ZEINpharma. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Personalprozesse sauber, effizient und rechtssicher funktionieren – vom Arbeitsvertrag über Onboarding bis hin zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.

Du entwickelst eine klare HR-Struktur und sorgst dafür, dass unser Unternehmen mit wachsender Mitarbeiterzahl professionell organisiert bleibt.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

• Ganzheitliche Personaladministration
• On- & Offboarding – Vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt inkl. Erstellung der Prozesse je Abteilung
• Personalentwicklung und Leistungsbeurteilung inkl. Organisation und Einführung von Plänen und Skill Matrixen
• Teilnahme und Dokumentation von Personalgesprächen
• Arbeitsrechtliche Vorgänge und DSGVO Compliance

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Management mit hands-on Mentalität
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und der HR-Administration
• Erfahrung mit HR-Software (z.B. Personio)
• Strukturierte, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Vertraulichkeit und Integrität
• Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
