Aufgaben

• Personalmanagement: Du verantwortest das strategische und operative Personalmanagement und stellst sicher, dass unsere Personal-Prozesse reibungslos laufen.
• Talentmanagement: Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, begleitest das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung.
• Strategie: Du entwickelst People-Strategien über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle und trägst so aktiv zum Wachstum der Bude bei.
• Administrativ: Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, pflegst Personalakten und stellst Zeugnisse aus – zuverlässig und sorgfältig.
• Arbeitsrecht: Du berätst Führungskräfte und das Team bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen und sorgst für Compliance.
• Unternehmenskultur: Du gestaltest und entwickelst unsere Unternehmenskultur aktiv mit und machst die Bude zu einem Ort, an dem alle gerne arbeiten.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Personalmanagement: Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalbereich mit und weißt, wie People & Culture in einem ScaleUp funktioniert.
• Personal-Strukturen aufbauen: Du hast bereits Prozesse für Recruiting, Onboarding, Personalverwaltung und Vertragsmanagement von Grund auf entwickelt und implementiert.
• Kulturprägung: Du weißt, wie man ein starkes Employer Brand aufbaut und lebt.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit & Empathie: Du hörst zu, kommunizierst klar und begegnest allen Menschen auf Augenhöhe.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
