Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Du berätst unsere Kund:innen rund um energetische Sanierung – fachlich fundiert, ehrlich und auf Augenhöhe
• Du erstellst Energieberatungen im Rahmen der BEG für Wohngebäude (WG) und Nichtwohngebäude (NWG)
• Du übernimmst BEG-EM (Einzelmaßnahmen) und erstellst individuelle Sanierungsfahrpläne (iSFP)
• Du begleitest die Umsetzung als energetische Fachplanung und Baubegleitung und behältst das Fördermittelmanagement im Blick
• Du arbeitest dich in die QNG-Zertifizierung (Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude) ein und wächst in anspruchsvolle Projekte im Denkmalschutz hinein, bei denen energetische Sanierung und Erhalt der Bausubstanz zusammengebracht werden müssen
• Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Analyse bis zur Umsetzung

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

Das solltest du mitbringen:

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Energieberater:in – diese Position richtet sich an Profis, nicht an Einsteiger:innen
• Du bist bereits als Energieberater:in bei der BAFA gelistet (Energieeffizienz-Expertenliste)
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit BEG WG und NWG, BEG-EM und iSFP
• Erfahrung mit energetischer Fachplanung und Baubegleitung/ Fördermittelmanagement
• GEG-Kenntnisse (Gebäudeenergiegesetz) – die rechtliche Grundlage für deine Arbeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit Hottgenroth-Software
• Kommunikationsstärke & Kundenorientierung – du berätst auf Augenhöhe und bringst komplexe Themen verständlich rüber
• Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unsere Arbeitssprache)
• Führerschein Klasse B (PKW)

Von Vorteil:

• Erfahrung mit der QNG-Zertifizierung (Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude)
• Erfahrung in der Energieberatung im Denkmalschutz – du weißt, worauf es bei historischer Bausubstanz ankommt
