Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen das operative Controlling und erstellen regelmäßige Auswertungen, Kennzahlenreports und Abweichungsanalysen.
• Sie übernehmen die operative Kundenbetreuung und sind erster Ansprechpartner für kaufmännische Anfragen unserer Geschäftspartner.Sie koordinieren und optimieren Einkaufsprozesse, holen Angebote ein und pflegen Lieferantenbeziehungen.
• Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale in bestehenden Abläufen und treiben die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse aktiv voran.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit den operativen Einheiten der Unternehmensgruppe zusammen und unterstützen bereichsübergreifende Projekte.
• Sie betreuen Bestandskunden, bearbeiten Anfragen und Angebote und unterstützen den Vertrieb aktiv vom Innendienst aus.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder Logistik.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert.Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behalten auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
