**DEINE STELLENBESCHREIBUNG
**Du bist interessiert an Datenanalyse?
Im Bereich Wirkungsmessung (MEAL) und Internationales Controlling erhältst du
Einblicke in die Analyse und Bewertung unserer Projekte in Uganda. Dabei bist du in
verschiedene Projektphasen involviert, von der Planung der Baseline-Studie über die
Auswertung der KPIs bis zur Finanz-Berichterstattung.

Aufgaben

• Qualitätssicherung der Finanzberichterstattung der internationalen Partner:innen inkl.
• Erstellung von Plan-Ist-Auswertungen
• Erstellung von Finanzberichten für
  Unterstützer:innen
• Eigenständige Aufbereitung, Analyse und Präsentation von Projektdaten zur
  Entscheidungsunterstützung
• Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Statistiken sowie aktive Mitwirkung an
  der Weiterentwicklung von MEAL
• Instrumenten und -Prozessen
• Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit den Partner:innen in den Projektländern

Qualifikation

• Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften,
  Finance, International Management, Statistik
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (speziell MS Excel)
• Lust auf sinnstiftende Arbeit und gesellschaftliche Wirkung
