Sie sind besonders aktive Mitglieder, erstellen viele Treffen und haben eine Vorbildfunktion innerhalb ihrer regionalen Communities. Mittlerweile zählen wir über 1100 deutschsprachige Captains.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Captains zusammen und motivierst und unterstützt so über 3,5-Millionen Meet5-User. Du verarbeitest Feedback, gewinnst neue Captains und trackst ihre Performance. Dabei sind deiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt und wir freuen uns auf Input ab deinem ersten Tag.

Aufgaben

    • Captains Community Management: Sei täglich im Austausch mit unserer Captains Community auf Circle, beantworte Fragen, moderiere Diskussionen und unterstütze Captains bei allgemeinen Anliegen sowie App-Problemen
    • Captains Support: Bearbeite eingehende Groove Tickets und kümmere dich um individuelle Anliegen und Feedback unserer Captains rund um die Nutzung der App
    • Captains Recruiting: Prüfe neue Bewerbungen, begleite Kandidat:innen durch den Recruiting-Prozess in Notion und unterstütze aktiv beim Ausbau unserer Captains Community
    • Captains Performance Management: Analysiere monatlich die Aktivität unserer Captains, führe individuelle Reviews durch und stehe im Austausch mit weniger aktiven Captains oder bei auffälligem Meeting-Verhalten
    • Captains Events: Plane, organisiere und moderiere regelmäßige digitale Captain Events und Austauschformate via Zoom

Qualifikation

    • Ausbildung / Studium: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Eventmanagement, BWL oder vergleichbar
    • Berufserfahrung: Erste relevante Erfahrung im Community Management, Customer Support, Recruiting, Eventmanagement oder Online Marketing (Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem digitalen Umfeld, Start-up oder einer Community-orientierten Plattform)
    • Technische Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Notion, Ticketing-Systemen und Datenexporten; Fähigkeit, technische Probleme verständlich aufzubereiten und weiterzugeben
    • Organisationsstärke: Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Koordination von Prozessen, Reviews und Events
    • Sehr gute (schriftliche) Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Professioneller, empathischer und gleichzeitig motivierender Kommunikationsstil auf Deutsch
