Aufgaben

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Prozessmanagement oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
• Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Business Process Management, Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse, organisatorische Zusammenhänge und digitale Plattformen
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence, idealerweise auch in Konfiguration oder Administration
• Erfahrung mit Workflows, Berechtigungen, Boards, Dashboards, Automatisierungen oder vergleichbaren Systemfunktionen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Programmierkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wichtiger sind ein gutes technisches Verständnis, Prozessdenken und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige Systemlösungen zu übersetzen.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung mit Atlassian Data Center und/oder Atlassian Cloud
• Kenntnisse in ITSM, agilen Methoden, Softwareentwicklung, Projektmanagement oder Qualitätsmanagement
• Erfahrung mit Prozessmodellierung, Change Management, Reporting oder Integrationen
• Interesse an KI-gestützten Lösungen und deren sinnvoller, verantwortungsvoller Einbindung in Geschäftsprozesse
