Aufgaben

Als YouTube Content Producer bei Miss Germany Studios entwickelst du gemeinsam mit uns die nächste Generation von Female-Empowerment-Content. Du arbeitest an Formaten, die nahbar, unterhaltsam und relevant sind – und begleitest den gesamten Produktionsprozess von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Upload.

Qualifikation

• Du liebst YouTube. Wirklich. Du verbringst wahrscheinlich mehr Zeit auf YouTube als auf Netflix und analysierst ganz automatisch, warum Videos funktionieren.
• Du denkst in Geschichten. Egal ob beim Dreh, im Schnitt oder bei der Planung – du suchst immer nach dem stärksten Spannungsbogen.
• Du hast Creator-Energie. Du wartest nicht auf Briefings, sondern kommst mit Ideen.

• Du übernimmst Ownership. Wenn etwas wichtig für das Video ist, verfolgst du es aktiv nach. Du wartest nicht auf Antworten, sondern sorgst dafür, dass sie kommen. Du denkst mit, gehst einen Schritt weiter und lässt wichtige Themen nicht liegen.
• Du denkst in Universen statt in einzelnen Videos. Gemeinsam mit der Produktion unserer Serie entwickelst du Geschichten kanalübergreifend weiter und schaffst Verbindungen zwischen Serie, YouTube und den Menschen hinter Miss Germany.

Du möchtest etwas aufbauen. Nicht verwalten, sondern gestalten.
