Jetzt suchen wir jemanden, der unseren Social-Media-Auftritt auf das nächste Level bringt. Komplett remote, flexible Zeiten, direkt mit den Gründern. Du musst kein Konzern-Lebenslauf mitbringen - du musst verstehen, wie guter Content heute funktioniert und Bock haben, ihn zu bauen.

Aufgaben

Du übernimmst zwei Bereiche – immer mit klaren Briefings von uns:

Social Media & Content (dein Hauptjob)

• Du baust Instagram-Posts, Carousels und Stories für unseren Account
• Du nimmst von uns gebriefte Reels & Ad-Videos auf und schneidest sie
• Du denkst in Hooks: Du verstehst, was Leute zum Stoppen bringt - und was floppt
• Du hältst unseren Feed konsistent, frisch und im Markenlook

Sales-Support (der kleinere Teil)

• Du rufst Interessenten aus unserer Pipeline an und buchst Termine für unser Vertriebsteam
• Wichtig: Du verkaufst nichts selbst - du füllst nur freundlich die Kalender
• Du pflegst die Kontakte sauber im CRM

Qualifikation

• Du hast schon ein Gefühl für Marketing - du erkennst, warum ein Post funktioniert und ein anderer nicht. Kein Profi-Level, aber auch kein Nullpunkt.
• Du lebst auf Instagram & TikTok und weißt, was gerade läuft
• Du kannst Content selbst bauen - idealerweise mit Figma, oder einem Tool deiner Wahl (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop - Hauptsache du bist sicher damit)
• Du bist kommunikativ und hast kein Problem damit, auch mal zum Hörer zu greifen
• Du arbeitest eigenständig und zuverlässig - remote heißt, du brauchst keinen, der dich antreibt
• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
