PR & Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Die ENOVA-Gruppe gestaltet als Entwickler, Investor, Serviceanbieter und Betreiber die Stromerzeugung Deutschlands. Mit Entschlossenheit und einer hohen technischen sowie kaufmännischen Expertise entwickelt das Familienunternehmen Windparks und investiert in Bestandsanlagen sowie Projektrechte. Im Service verlängert das Unternehmen durch die Aufbereitung, die Reparatur und den Austausch von (Groß-)Komponenten sowie umfassende Serviceleistungen gezielt die technische Lebensdauer und Wirtschaftlichkeit von Enercon-Anlagen.

ENOVA zählt mit 1 GW im Bestand zu den größten Onshore-Windenergie-Betreibern Deutschlands und versorgt aktuell rund eine Million Haushalte mit grünem Strom. Bis Ende 2030 will das Unternehmen einen Bestand von 3 GW aufbauen und die Assets under Management auf 5 Milliarden Euro erhöhen.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst unsere PR-, Kommunikations- und Markenstrategie weiter und sorgst für einen einheitlichen Auftritt der ENOVA-Gruppe
• Du verantwortest die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und stellst sicher, dass unsere Themen in den relevanten Medien und im richtigen Kontext stattfinden
• Du identifizierst Themen aus unseren Geschäftsbereichen und bereitest sie so auf, dass sie extern verstanden und aufgegriffen werden
• Du stellst sicher, dass Corporate Design, Tonalität und Markenbotschaften über alle Kommunikationsmittel hinweg eingehalten werden
• Du steuerst externe Partner und Agenturen im PR- und Kommunikationsumfeld mit klarem Anspruch an Qualität und Wirkung
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und kommunikativen Begleitung von Messen, Veranstaltungen und Branchenterminen

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich PR, Marketing, Journalismus, Medien, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
• Du bringst Erfahrung in PR, Unternehmenskommunikation, klassischem Marketing oder Markenkommunikation mit
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, welche Themen Interesse erzeugen und wie man sie richtig platziert
• Du denkst in Zusammenhängen, nicht in Einzelmaßnahmen, und hast einen klaren Blick für Marke und Positionierung
• Du bist stark in der Sprache und bringst Inhalte präzise und auf den Punkt rüber und trittst sicher auf
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit M365; Kenntnisse in InDesign, Photoshop, Canva oder vergleichbaren Tools sind von Vorteil
