Deine Mission
Du arbeitest eng mit CEO und CTO zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens. Dein Ziel ist es, Gründer zu entlasten, interne Ablaufe zu professionalisieren und die Organisation auf Wachstum vorzubereiten.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer interner Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten
• Entlastung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Priorisierung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Themen
• Koordination von Sonderprojekten, z. B. Zertifizierungen, Partnerinitiativen oder interne Strukturthemen
• Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Kundenprojekten und Administration
• Schaffung von Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken, Ressourcen und nächste Schritte

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in Startup Operations, Scale-up Operations, Venture Building, Beratung oder einer COO-nahen Rolle
• Fähigkeit, Strukturen aufzubauen, ohne ein kleines Team zu überorganisieren
• Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
• Interesse an Software, KI, DeepTech und industriellen Kundenumfeldern
• Souveräner Umgang mit Unklarheit, Wachstum und wechselnden Prioritäten
