Deine Position

• Du bringst unsere Jobangebote genau dorthin, wo die besten Talente sind, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Bewerberdatenbank immer up to date bleibt
• Gemeinsam mit der Head of Talent Management wirfst du einen Blick auf eingehende Bewerbungen, erkennst Potenziale und triffst eine erste Vorauswahl vielversprechender Kandidat:innen
• Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Bewerbenden, hältst sie auf dem Laufenden, beantwortest Fragen und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience
• Über Active Sourcing gehst du selbst auf Talentsuche, sprichst passende Kandidat:innen direkt an und begeisterst sie für 1KOMMA5°
• Nach deiner Einarbeitung führst du erste Interviews eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung für deine eigenen Vakanzen und begleitest den gesamten Hiring Prozess

Dein Profil

• Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester an einer deutschen Hochschule im Studiengang Personal oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften immatrikuliert und kannst uns 15-20 Stunden pro Woche - idealerweise an mindestens 3 Tagen die Woche - unterstützen. In den Semesterferien gerne auch 40 Stunden.
• Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting sammeln und interessierst dich für die Rekruitierung von Mitarbeitenden
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C-Level)
