Aufgaben

• Research, Identifikation und Auswahl passender Creator:innen & Influencer:innen
• Aufbau und Pflege unseres Influencer-Netzwerks
• Outreach & Kommunikation mit Creatorn
• Verhandlung und Betreuung von Kooperationen
• Betreuung von Barter Deals & bezahlten Kooperationen inkl. Versandkoordination
• Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance, KPI-Tracking & Reporting
• Unterstützung bei Creative Briefings & Storytelling-Ideen für Social Media

Qualifikation

• Du studierst im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder etwas Vergleichbares
• Du liebst Social Media und verstehst digitale Kultur & Creator-Trends
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, welche Creator:innen zu Moruga passen könnten
• Du arbeitest organisiert, eigenständig und proaktiv
• Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mitzugestalten
• Performance, Wachstum und datengetriebenes Denken interessieren dich
