Aufgaben

Du verantwortest Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen für große nationale und internationale Brands. Aber noch wichtiger: Du entwickelst Ideen, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen. Die kulturell relevant sind. Die Menschen teilen wollen und die Marken langfristig wachsen lassen. Du verstehst TikTok nicht als Plattform, sondern als Sprache.

Du kennst Creator nicht nur aus Listen. Du kennst ihre Communities, ihre Dynamiken, ihren Content und ihre Relevanz.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Strategische und operative Leitung von Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen
• Entwicklung innovativer Social-First-Ideen mit Fokus auf TikTok und YouTube
• Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden auf strategischer Ebene
• Identifikation von Trends, Creatorn und kulturellen Bewegungen, bevor sie Mainstream werden
• Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Creatorn, Managements und Plattformpartnern
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Influencer Marketing Managern und Junior Talents
• Steuerung komplexer Kampagnen mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Analyse von KPIs, Learnings und Performance-Daten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
• Proaktive Entwicklung neuer Ideen, Konzepte und Wachstumsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kunden

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing
• Sehr gutes Verständnis der Gen-Z- und Social-Media-Kultur
• Leidenschaft für TikTok, YouTube und digitale Trends
• Ein starkes Netzwerk zu Creatorn, Talents und Managements
• Kreatives Denken und den Anspruch, neue Ideen zu entwickeln statt bestehende zu kopieren
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ownership und starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig auf hohem Niveau zu steuern
• Analytisches Verständnis für KPIs, Performance und Kampagnenoptimierung
• Leadership-Mentalität: Du inspirierst Menschen, übernimmst Verantwortung und gehst voran
