Wir suchen eine Werkstudentin oder einen Werkstudenten, die oder der Lust hat, unsere HR-Arbeit mit uns weiterzudenken und wirklich mitzugestalten.
Arbeitsrecht ist ein Teil davon, genauso wie unser Außenauftritt und die Frage, wie wir als Arbeitgeber wahrgenommen werden.

Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit uns zusammen und bist sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch in weiterführenden Themen eingebunden:

• Unterstützung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und eigenständige Recherche zu aktuellen Themen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Anpassung von Verträgen, Richtlinien und internen Dokumenten
• Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Fällen und internen Abstimmungen
• Aufbereitung komplexer Themen für interne Kommunikation und Präsentationen
• Weiterentwicklung unseres HR-Auftritts gemeinsam mit uns, zum Beispiel im Bereich Personalmarketing und interne Kommunikation
• Unterstützung bei übergreifenden HR-Themen und Projekten
• Natürlich gehört auch das operative Tagesgeschäft dazu

Qualifikation

Du musst nicht alles perfekt können, wichtiger ist, wie du an Dinge herangehst:

• Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL oder HR
• Interesse an Arbeitsrecht und Lust, dein Wissen praktisch anzuwenden
• Du hast Bock, dich einzubringen, mitzudenken und Dinge voranzutreiben
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für vertrauliche Themen
• Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch, Englisch ist ein Plus
• Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
