Du willst Qualitätsprozesse für ein Produkt mitgestalten, das in Sicherheitsbehörden und Streitkräften eingesetzt wird – statt Audits in austauschbaren Industrien zu fahren? Bei ARGUS Interception verantwortest du das Qualitätsmanagement für die Fertigung netzbasierter C-UAS-Systeme – made in Germany. 2023 gegründet, unser QM-System wächst mit dir.

Aufgaben

• Audits – du bereitest interne und externe Audits nach DIN EN ISO 9001 vor, führst sie mit den Fachbereichen durch und setzt die Maßnahmen konsequent nach
• Prozesslandschaft – du sorgst dafür, dass qualitätsrelevante Prozesse aktuell, anwendbar und wirksam bleiben
• Dokumentenprüfung – du prüfst qualitätsrelevante Unterlagen in Angebots- und Projektabwicklung
• Prozessleistung & Kundenqualität – du stellst die Qualität kundenseitiger Dokumente und Ergebnisse sicher
• Reporting – du dokumentierst qualitätsrelevante Maßnahmen und berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung
• Weiterentwicklung – du entwickelst die Qualitätsprozesse gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung weiterSchnittstelle nach außen – du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden, Lieferanten und interne Fachbereiche

Qualifikation

• Studium – Ingenieurwesen, Qualitäts- oder Umweltmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• QM-Erfahrung – idealerweise mehrere Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement, gern in produzierender Industrie
• Normensicherheit – AQAP, ISO 9001 und ISO 9100 sind für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern Arbeitsgrundlage
• Auditpraxis – nachweisbare Erfahrung im Auditmanagement
• Arbeitsweise – analytisch, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert; Überblick auch in komplexen Lagen
• Auftreten – klar in der Kommunikation, durchsetzungsstark in qualitätsrelevanten Themen
• Sprache – Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
