Aufgaben

🚀 Deine Aufgaben

• Du baust, testest und betreibst Automations-Workflows in echten Produktivprozessen
• Du übernimmst Ownership für Teile unserer digitalen Infrastruktur, entwickelst neue Ideen, setzt sie um und stellst sicher, dass es läuft.
• Du analysierst gemeinsam mit dem Management operative KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Lösungen und neue Prozesse ab
• Du sorgst dafür, dass non-technical Kollegen neue Lösungen verstehen, annehmen und selbstständig nutzen können

Qualifikation

✅ Das bringst du mit

• Du studierst Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ähnliches – Quereinsteiger ausdrücklich willkommen.
• Du begeisterst dich für KI, Automatisierung und unternehmerisches Denken und willst verstehen, wie man das alles in einem echten Unternehmen zusammenbringt.
• Du bleibst an technischen Problemen dran bis sie gelöst sind, und kannst deine Erkenntnisse danach verständlich ins Team tragen
• Erste Erfahrungen mit No-Code-Tools (Make.com, Airtable o.ä.), APIs oder Datenbanken sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
