Du bist die zentrale technische Ansprechperson im Unternehmen und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb unserer gesamten E-Commerce- und Systemlandschaft und entwickelst diese aktiv weiter.

Im Kern kombinierst du:

• Tech Operations & Systembetrieb
• E-Commerce Weiterentwicklung
• AI & Automatisierung
• Prozessoptimierung über alle Abteilungen
• Steuerung externer Partner
• Technische Projektarbeit

Du stellst sicher, dass Systeme laufen, Prozesse effizient sind und Technik aktiv zum Wachstum beiträgt.

1. Shop & System Operations

• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unseres OXID eShops und angrenzender Systeme
• Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und schnelle Problemlösung
• Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung der Shop-Agentur (Briefings, QA, Abnahmen)
• Technische Weiterentwicklung gemeinsam mit externen Partnern

2. AI & Automatisierung

• Aufbau von Workflows mit n8n, AI-Tools und Integrationen
• Automatisierung von Prozessen über Teams hinweg (Marketing, Service, Lager)
• Einführung neuer Tools und Systeme zur Effizienzsteigerung

3. Interne Unterstützung & Projekte

• Technischer Ansprechpartner für alle Teams
• Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen und Tool-Nutzung
• Mitarbeit an strategischen Wachstums- und Skalierungsprojekten

Dein Arbeitsalltag

• 60–70 % planbare Themen (Ops, Projekte, Automatisierung)
• 30–40 % spontane Themen (Störungen, Prioritäten, Support)

Du arbeitest operativ UND strategisch – mit echter Verantwortung statt reiner Ticketbearbeitung.

Qualifikation

• Starkes technisches Systemverständnis (E-Commerce Umgebung)
• Erfahrung mit Webtechnologien und digitalen Prozessen
• Hands-on-Erfahrung mit dem genannten Tech Stack
• Verständnis für Automatisierung und Prozessdenken
• Proaktiver Teamgeist
• Strukturierte, analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
• Lösungsorientiert statt problemfokussiert
• Deutsch C2 & Englisch C1

Du musst kein klassischer Entwickler sein – wichtig ist, dass du Systeme verstehst und Lösungen umsetzt.
