Referent Regulatory Reporting (COREP, CRR)
Aufgaben
Mitarbeiter in einem kleinen Spezialisten-Team des Group Risks / Erstellung des Regulatory Reportings (COREP) auf monatlicher oder quartalsmässiger Basis für das Senior Management und die Finanzmarktaufsicht / Ermittlung und Controlling der Capital Requirements (Basel III, CRD, CRR) / Analyse und Beurteilung der Kapitaladäquanz / Erstellung eines Recovery-Plans / Monitoring der regulatorischen Entwicklungen nach Basel III Pillar 1 / Beurteilung regulatorischer Neuerungen, Ermittlung von Auswirkungsanalyse und Mitarbeit bei der Implementation neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen / Erstellung von Statistiken auf der Basis regulatorischer Vorschriften / Laufendes Monitoring der Datenqualität in den Systemen und Optimierung des COREP- und FINREP-Reportings / Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und Übernahme von Projekten mit regulatorischen Inhalten.
Qualifikation
Studium der Quantitative Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Banking & Finance / Berufliche Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, im Consulting oder in einer Bank / Kenntnis der Regulierungen im Bereich Basel III und Regulatory Reporting / Kenntnis von FINMAG sowie CRD, CRR und des ICAAP-Prozesses mit dem die Höhe und Qualität ihres Kapitals im Verhältnis zu ihrem Risikoprofil bestimmt wird / Interesse an Risikomanagement-Frameworks und Stresstests / Interesse am Regulatory Reporting und an der Analyse von Finanzzahlen und an deren Präsentation / Strukturierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise / Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise / Initiative, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit / Teamorientierung / Flair für Informatikanwendungen / MS-Office / Deutsch und Englisch.
