Aufgaben

• Planung, Einrichtung und Betreuung moderner IT Systeme und Netzwerke lernen
• Unterstützung bei Windows, Linux und macOS Umgebungen
• Mitarbeit bei Servern, Firewalls, VPNs, Backups und Virtualisierung
• Arbeit mit KI Tools, Automatisierung und modernen Support Prozessen
• Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme im Kundensupport
• Unterstützung bei IT Sicherheitsprojekten und Dokumentationen
• Kennenlernen von Open Source Lösungen, Cloud Infrastruktur und Rechenzentrumsbetrieb
• Schrittweise Mitarbeit in echten Kundenprojekten

Qualifikation

• Interesse an IT, Technik, Netzwerken, Servern und KI
• Logisches Denken und Freude am Problemlösen
• Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und lernbereite Arbeitsweise
• Lust auf moderne Technologien statt veraltete Standardprozesse
• Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an Kundenkontakt
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Windows, Linux, Hardware, Homelab, KI Tools oder Netzwerken sind ein Plus
• Schulabschluss erforderlich, Motivation ist uns wichtiger als perfekte Noten
