Dafür suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Social Media, Video-Content und Content-Strategie.

Aufgaben

Du begleitest uns regelmäßig im Arbeitsalltag mit der Kamera und hilfst dabei, hochwertigen Content für Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn und weitere Plattformen zu produzieren.

Konkret heißt das:

Du begleitest Termine, Immobilienbesichtigungen, Drehs und Alltagssituationen mit der Kamera.

Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Content-Ideen rund um Immobilien, Verkauf, Eigentümer, Käufer, Marktupdates und Personal Brand.

Du filmst kurze, moderne Videoformate für Social Media.

Du schneidest Reels, Shorts und andere Kurzvideos eigenständig.

Du bereitest Inhalte plattformgerecht auf.

Du bringst eigene Ideen für Hooks, Trends, Storytelling und Formate ein.

Du hilfst dabei, eine klare Social-Media-Strategie umzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Du achtest auf eine hochwertige, moderne Bildsprache passend zu einer Premium-Immobilienmarke.

Qualifikation

Du musst nicht alles perfekt können – aber du solltest wirklich Lust auf Content, Kamera und Social Media haben.

Wichtig ist uns:

Du hast ein gutes Gefühl für moderne Social-Media-Inhalte.

Du verstehst, welche Videos Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen.

Du kannst mit Kamera, Licht, Ton oder Schnittprogrammen umgehen – oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.

Du hast ein Auge für Ästhetik, Perspektiven und hochwertige Bildwirkung.

Du bist kreativ, zuverlässig und eigenständig.

Du traust dich, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Du bist flexibel genug, gelegentlich Termine vor Ort zu begleiten.

Du hast Interesse an Immobilien, Marketing, Personal Branding oder hochwertigem Content.

Erfahrung mit Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve oder ähnlichen Programmen ist ein Plus.
