Dein Impact

Als Werkstudent*in Social Media stärkst du unsere Sichtbarkeit und Positionierung und hilfst dabei, Unternehmen in HR und People-Themen strategisch wie operativ voranzubringen.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Planung von Beiträgen/Reels, Stories für LinkedIn und/oder Instagram
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Content- und Redaktionsplänen zusammen mit deinem Team
• Gestaltung von Grafiken und visueller Elemente (z. B. mit Canva,Adobe Photoshop,)
  sowie Bildrecherche
• Video Erstellung, Skripte, Schneiden ( z.B. Capcut, Inshot,Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve)
• Texten von zielgruppengerechten Beiträgen auf Deutsch (und
  optional Englisch)
• Monitoring von Interaktionen, Community-Management (Kommentare,
  Direktnachrichten) undSocial Listening
• Aufbereitung von Performance-Kennzahlen (Reichweite, Engagement) und
  Ableitung Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Zusammenarbeit mit uns, um fachlich fundierte Inhalte sichtbar zu machen

• Employer-Branding-Workshops (EVP, Candidate Journey, Kampagnenplanung)
• Tool-Trainings oder Zertifikate/Kurse: Social Media Analytics
• Performance Marketing Basics oder Storytelling-/Copywriting-Trainings

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in (m/w/d) idealerweise in Kommunikation,
  Marketing, Medien oder einem verwandten Studiengang
• Sicherer Umgang mit deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse
  Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Analytisches Grundverständnis zur Auswertung von
  Social-Media-Kennzahlen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Wunsch nach Mitgestaltung
• Kreativität, Gespür für Zielgruppen und Bereitschaft neues zu lernen

Zusätzliche Pluspunkte:

• Erste praktische Erfahrung mit LinkedIn oder/und Instagram (Praktikum,Projekte oder privat)
• Erste Erfahrung in Bildbearbeitung / Design-Tools (z. B. Canva,
  einfache Bildbearbeitung)
• Erste Erfahrung in Video Erstellung, Skripte, Schneiden ( z.B. Capcut, Inshot,Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve)
