Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in der Neukundengewinnung: Du begleitest den Outbound-Vertrieb und sprichst potenzielle Kunden aktiv über Kanäle wie LinkedIn oder per Cold-Mailing an.
• Kundenbetreuung & Beziehungspflege: Du unterstützt das Team im täglichen Kontakt mit bestehenden Kunden und hilfst dabei, diese optimal zu betreuen.
• CRM- & Datenmanagement: Du pflegst und aktualisierst eigenverantwortlich unser CRM-System, damit alle Kundendaten und Vertriebsaktivitäten sauber dokumentiert sind.
• Eventmanagement: Du packst tatkräftig bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events und Kundenveranstaltungen mit an.Allgemeine Vertriebsunterstützung: Du hältst dem Vertriebsteam den Rücken frei, indem du verschiedene administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben übernimmst.

Qualifikation

• Studium: Du bist immatrikulierte/r Student/in.
• Proaktive & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Du bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein, denkst aktiv mit und setzt Aufgaben selbstständig und gewissenhaft um.
• Organisationstalent: Du hast die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und effizient zu priorisieren.
• Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst eine positive Einstellung mit.
• Kenntnisse: Marketing-Grundlagen sowie Amazon-Know-How sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig.
