DEINE MISSION

Du sorgst dafür, dass KI nicht abstrakt bleibt, sondern konkret genutzt wird.

• Du bringst Tools, Menschen und Anwendungsfälle zusammen.
• Du machst aus Möglichkeiten echte Nutzung.

DEINE AUFGABEN

AI Adoption & Enablement

• Durchführung von Workshops & Trainings (Deutsch & Englisch)
• Unterstützung von Teams bei der konkreten Anwendung von KI im Alltag
• Aufbau und Verbreitung von Best Practices
• Erstellung eines wöchentlichen Formats (z. B. „Use Case of the Week“)

Schnittstelle zu den Fachbereichen

• Aufnahme und Strukturierung von Anforderungen aus der Organisation
• First-Level Support für Mitarbeitende
• Identifikation von wiederkehrenden Mustern und Potenzialen

Vor-Ort Enablement

• Gelegentliche Einsätze in verschiedenen Unternehmen der Gruppe
• Direkter Austausch mit Teams, um Adoption aktiv zu treiben

Use Case → Tooling

• Ableitung von Anforderungen über bestehende Tools hinaus
• Konzeption und Unterstützung beim Aufbau von:
• Generativer KI (z. B. Assistants, Content, Copilots)
• Automatisierungen (Workflows, Integrationen)
• Perspektivisch: agentische Systeme
• Entwicklung von konkreten, nutzbaren Lösungen statt Konzepten

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL

Must-have:

• Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbar
• Starkes Interesse an AI, Automatisierung und digitalen Tools
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis:

• Grundverständnis von Software- und Web-Architekturen
• Fähigkeit, technische Probleme eigenständig zu analysieren und pragmatisch zu lösen
