Für uns, als SIEMENS Solution- Partner, gehören vor allem Neuprogrammierungen und der Austausch von Steuerungen zu unserem Kerngeschäft. Wir arbeiten mit SIEMENS S5/S7- Steuerungen sowie den entsprechenden Visualisierungssystemen SIEMENS TIA- Portal, WinCC flexible, WinCC Scada, SIEMENS ProTool, SIEMENS Braumat und ProLeiT.

Als Komplettdienstleister umfasst unser Service Elektroplanung, Schaltschrankbau, Elektromontage, Softwareerstellung sowie die Inbetriebnahme komplexer Anlagen.

Aufgaben

• Planen, Konfigurieren und Einrichten von IT-Systemen im Haus oder beim Kunden vor Ort
• Störungsdiagnose sowie Fehlerbehebung
• Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Auswahl von Geräten
• Unterstützung bei der Angebotskalkulation und im Bestellprozess
• Lösung von Anwendungs- und Systemproblemen
• Erstellen von Systemdokumentationen
• Schulung von Kunden und Bedienern
• Kundenbetreuung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker / Systemintegration
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
• Kreativität
• Technisches Verständnis und Handgeschick
• Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Servicebereitschaft, Kundenorientiertheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und Selbstmanagement
• Führerschein
• Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit z. B. für Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort und zur Kundenbetreuung
