Deine Mission:

Als AI Strategy Consultant übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle: Du entwickelst und implementierst Unternehmens-, Wachstums- und Transformationsstrategien auf C-Level – insbesondere in technologiegetriebenen Kontexten wie Digital, AI, Cloud und Sustainability.

Aufgaben

• Strategie & Transformation:
  Du entwickelst und verantwortest ganzheitliche Unternehmens‑, Wachstums- und Transformationsstrategien – von der Vision auf C‑Level bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in der Organisation
• Führung & Teamaufbau:
  Du baust leistungsstarke Beratungsteams auf, entwickelst und coachst deine Mitarbeitenden und stellst durch aktives Performance-Management nachhaltigen Projekterfolg sicher
• Kundenverantwortung & Business Development:
  Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Kundenbeziehungen – von Stakeholder-Management über Akquise und Angebotssteuerung bis hin zu Portfolio, Budget und wirtschaftlichen Ergebnissen

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten, idealerweise im Umfeld von C‑Level Stakeholdern, sowie ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Aufbau von Teams sowie Interesse daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere weiterzuentwickeln
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Kundenmanagement und Business Development
• Erfahrung oder Interesse an technologiegetriebenen Themen wie Digital, AI, Cloud oder Sustainability
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
