Aufgaben

• Du kümmerst dich mit Empathie und Hingabe um die Menschen, die Momenth besuchen
• Standardisiertes abarbeiten von Rezepten, Emails und Telefonanfragen
• Telefonservice und Korrespondenz mit Kostenträgern und Ärzten
• Empfang und Terminierung von Klienten & Mitgliedern
• Kapazitäts- und Arbeitsplanung innerhalb des Teams

• Du bist offen, ehrgeizig und empathisch und schaffst dadurch ein hohes Maß an Vertrauen gegenüber deinen Mitmenschen.
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und Flexibilität zeichnet Dich aus

• Du bist ein Teamplayer.
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung an der Rezeption einer Physiotherapie
