Online-Marketing verändert sich gerade schneller als je zuvor. SEO/GEO, KI-gestützte Kampagnensteuerung, neue Plattformen: wer heute einsteigt, lernt das Fach in einem Moment, in dem sich die Grundlagen neu schreiben.

Unser Traineeship ist kein Zuschauprogramm. Du arbeitest von Anfang an echten Kundenprojekten, lernst alle Disziplinen kennen und übernimmst früh Verantwortung.

Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machst

• Du durchläufst in den ersten 6 Monaten alle Kernbereiche: SEO/GEO, SEA, Social Media, Programmatic Ads und Web Analytics
• Du betreust gemeinsam mit dem Team echte Kundenprojekte und hast aktiven Kontakt zu Kund:innen
• Du steuerst, optimierst und wertest Online-Marketing-Kampagnen aus und lernst, daraus klare Empfehlungen abzuleiten
• Du nutzt KI aktiv im Alltag: für Recherche, Analysen, Inhalte und Automationen. KI findest du spannend, nicht bedrohlich
• Du erstellst Performance-Reports und führst Website-Analysen durch, inklusive Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• In den zweiten 6 Monaten spezialisierst du dich auf den Bereich, der dir am meisten liegt

• Wir denken Kanäle zusammen und nicht in Silos
• KI ist fester Bestandteil unserer Arbeit, aber kein Selbstzweck
• Wir haben keine Ellenbogenkultur. Wissen wird geteilt, nicht gehortet
• Entscheidungen treffen wir gemeinsam und transparent

Wie das Traineeship konkret aussieht

• Du startest mit einer durchdachten Einarbeitung: theoretische Grundlagen und praktische Aufgaben direkt für echte Kund:innen, von Anfang an
• Du wirst eng begleitet und bekommst regelmäßiges Feedback
• Du übernimmst schrittweise mehr Eigenverantwortung, keine Angst vor der tiefen Seite des Beckens
• Du bekommst in den ersten 6 Monaten des Programms einen guten Einblick in alle Bereiche des Online Marketings und kannst dich in den weiteren 6 Monaten auf einen Bereich spezialisieren, der dich am meisten begeistert
• Eine Übernahme nach dem Traineeship ist möglich

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, gerne mit Bezug zu Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder IT
• Echtes Interesse an Online-Marketing und die Bereitschaft, dich fortlaufend in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
• Erste Berufserfahrung, zum Beispiel aus Praktika, Werkstudiumstellen oder dem Studium selbst
• Internetaffinität und keine Scheu vor Kundenkontakt
• Strukturiertes, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Deutschkenntnisse im Kompetenzniveau C1
