About This Role
Das bewegen Sie bei uns:
- In Ihrer Rolle betreuen Sie unsere Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften mit Fokus auf Instandhaltung und Gebäudetechnik.
- Sie koordinieren und steuern externe Dienstleister sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
- Zudem prüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der Objekte vor Ort und leiten notwendige Maßnahmen ein.
- Darüber hinaus verantworten und begleiten Sie technische Projekte, insbesondere im Bereich Heizungsanlagen, Energieeffizienz und gesetzliche Anforderungen.
- Nicht zuletzt sorgen Sie für die Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften und bringen sich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung der Objekte ein.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich, z. B. in der Gebäude-, Heizungs-, Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik.
- Zudem bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Objektbetreuung, Instandhaltung oder im Facility Management mit.
- Durch fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift überzeugen Sie uns.
- Mit einer sorgfältigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise organisieren Sie Ihre Aufgaben eigenständig und zuverlässig.
- Nicht zuletzt besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
