Unter Anwendung innovativer biomathematischer und bioinformatischer Methoden identifizieren wir mittels dieser Daten neue therapeutische Zielmoleküle. Aus den hochwertigen Gewebeproben entwickeln wir 2D- und 3D Zellmodelle, die uns die Validierung von Zielmolekülen und die Entwicklung von Therapien in einer Umgebung ermöglichen, die dem Patienten so nah wie möglich ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

• • Fristgerechten Erstellung des Monatsreportings inkl. Forecast sowie adressatengerechter Kommentierung
    • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Monatsreportings
    • Mitarbeit im Budget- und Planungsprozess
    • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Reports
    • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Microsoft Power BI Anwendungen
    • Verwaltung und Pflege der Unternehmensversicherungen
    • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases
    • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung unternehmensinterner KPIs
    • Funktion als Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

• • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
    • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling, Finanzbereich oder in der Unternehmensberatung in vergleichbarer Position
    • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Analyse von Reports sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlen- und Prozessverständnis
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI oder anderen BI-Tools von Vorteil
    • Erste Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert
    • Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Planung, Forecasting und Budgetierung
    • Erste Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung von Versicherungen sind von Vorteil
    • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
    • Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und eine hohe Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
