Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Verbuchung von Hausgeldern, Mieten und Kautionen
• Kontenabstimmung sowie Klärung offener Posten
• Unterstützung bei Reportings, Liquiditätsplanung und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
• Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliches, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen
• Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise im Immobilienumfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
