Wir entwickeln seit über 14 Jahren Individualsoftware im Herzen Berlins und suchen ab sofort einen Tech Content Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Themen in die Welt trägt.

In dieser Position verantwortest du unsere redaktionellen Inhalte für Blog, Handbücher und Podcast. Du recherchierst, schreibst und produzierst, sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte sowohl bei Google als auch in KI-Suchen sichtbar sind, und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Formate.

Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich:

• Blog & redaktionelle Inhalte: Du recherchierst, planst und schreibst Blogbeiträge zu aktuellen Themen aus unserer Branche. Informativ, gut lesbar und mit eigener Handschrift.
• SEO & GEO: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte sowohl bei Google als auch in KI-Suchen wie ChatGPT, Claude oder Perplexity gut auffindbar sind. Dazu gehören Keyword-Recherche, On-Page-Optimierung, Ranking-Monitoring und die Optimierung bestehender Inhalte.
• Technische Handbücher: Du erklärst komplexe Anwendungen verständlich, strukturiert und so, dass sowohl Menschen als auch KI-Modelle präzise Antworten daraus ableiten können. Gleichzeitig bilden deine Handbücher die Grundlage für unsere internen und externen Schulungen.
• Podcast: Du produzierst Inhalte für unseren Podcast – von der Themenrecherche über Skripte bis zu den Show Notes.
• Neue Formate: Du hast Ideen für eigene Formate und Lust, sie auch umzusetzen? Sehr gerne. Wir geben dir den Raum dafür.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Du schreibst stilsicher und beherrschst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Schreiben suchmaschinenoptimierter Inhalte und Kenntnisse in technischem SEO (Seitenstruktur, Meta-Daten, Crawling, strukturierte Daten)
• Du bringst ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis mit und kannst dich tief in Software-Themen einarbeiten, nicht nur als Anwender, sondern auch konzeptionell
• Du nutzt KI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Claude souverän
• Du gehst Themen eigenständig an, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne im Team
• Plus: Erfahrung in der Produktion von Audio- oder Video-Inhalten

Wir planen 32 Stunden pro Woche bei 2.500 € brutto/Monat. Sprich uns gerne an, wenn du lieber zwischen 30 und 35 Stunden arbeiten möchtest oder mittelfristig auf Vollzeit aufstocken willst.

Es handelt sich um eine Präsenzstelle mit fünf Arbeitstagen pro Woche.
