Als Teamleiter Recruiting (m/w/d) sind Sie der Motor unseres Wachstums. Sie führen unser motiviertes Recruiting-Team fachlich und organisatorisch und schlagen die Brücke zwischen operativer Personalgewinnung und strategischer Unternehmensentwicklung. Sie bewahren die familiäre Kultur unseres Unternehmens und professionalisieren gleichzeitig unsere Prozesse für die Zukunft.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung & Coaching: Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Recruiting-Teams (gewerblich/administrativ Stellenbesetzungen) sowie Förderung einer serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise.
• Strategische Personalplanung: Ansprechpartner für die Führungskräfte der zugeordneten Unternehmensbereiche von der Bedarfsanalyse hin zur Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Recruiting-Strategien.
• Prozessoptimierung: Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Cycle – von der Anzeigenoptimierung bis zum Onboarding. Sie identifizieren Engpässe und führen effiziente Lösungen ein.
• Personalmarketing & Branding: Weiterentwicklung der Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen und Schärfung unserer Arbeitgebermarke (Employer Branding) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und dem Recruiting Team.
• Operatives Recruiting: Übernahme von Besetzungsprozessen für zugeordnete Unternehmensbereiche und Schlüsselpositionen sowie Steuerung von Direct-Search-Aktivitäten.
• Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalleitung, unserer Personalbetreuung, unserem POHL-Campus und Leitungen unserer operativen Einheiten sowie externen Partnern.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Psychologie, Geisteswissenschaften) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Weiterbildung im Personalwesen.
• Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting (idealerweise im Mix aus gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Profilen aus großen Organisationen) sowie (erste) Führungserfahrung oder die Ambition zum nächsten Karriereschritt.
• Persönlichkeit: Ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team durch Humor und Souveränität zu motivieren.
• Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch bei hoher Dynamik den Überblick. Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben eine hohe Affinität zu modernen IT-Anwendungen und Social Media und Social Ads.
• Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung gegenüber Bewerbern und Fachabteilungen.
