Aufgaben

• Sie tragen vollständige Verantwortung für das Recruiting im Bereich Corporate Functions (Finance, Controlling, Legal, HR, Payroll, Sales, Business Development)
• Sie führen Bedarfsanalysen durch und entwickeln Stellenprofil in enger Abstimmung mit Hiring Managern
• Sie führen Active Sourcing durch und betreiben Candidate Management mit hohem Volumen und Qualitätsanspruch
• Sie tragen End-to-End-Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
• Sie kommunizieren proaktiv und halten regelmäßigen Austausch mit Stakeholdern
• Sie bauen Talent Pools auf und pflegen Kandidaten-Netzwerke
• Sie tragen zur Professionalisierung der Recruiting-Prozesse im Unternehmen bei

Qualifikation

• Sie bringen mehrjährige Recruiting-Erfahrung mit, davon überwiegend im Inhouse-Recruiting
• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit Recruiting im Bereich Corporate Functions (z.B. Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal)
• Sie bringen starke Leidenschaft für Recruiting mit – Sie sehen dies nicht als Notwendigkeit, sondern als echte Berufung
• Sie zeichnen sich durch hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Proaktivität aus
• Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken mit echter Ownership-Mentalität
• Sie sind verlässlich, resilient und durchsetzungsfähig
• Sie verfügen über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zum Stakeholder Management
• Sie arbeiten sicher mit Recruiting-Tools und Microsoft Excel
