Aufgaben

• Sie leiten den Recruitingprozess für neue Operationszentren von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Betriebsaufnahme
• Sie tragen End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Personalakquisition von Fach- und Führungskräften
• Sie bauen ein Recruiter-Team auf und leiten dieses (Festanstellungen und Freelancer)
• Sie führen Bedarfsanalysen durch und erstellen Stellenbeschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement
• Sie entwickeln und implementieren aktive Sourcing-Strategien und führen Candidate Management mit hohem Volumen durch
• Sie managen Erwartungen zwischen Geschäftsanforderungen und Personalverfügbarkeit
• Sie koordinieren Vor-Ort-Aktivitäten und führen regelmäßige Besuche an den Projektstandorten durch
• Sie arbeiten eng mit HR Business Partnern und Hiring Managern zusammen

Qualifikation

• Sie bringen mehrjährige Recruiting-Erfahrung mit, idealerweise mit Industrie- oder Operationshintergrund
• Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Proaktivität und unternehmerisches Denken aus
• Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft und zeitliche Flexibilität mit
• Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Stakeholder Management
• Sie arbeiten sicher mit Recruiting-Tools und Microsoft Excel
• Sie sprechen sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
• Sie zeichnen sich durch Verlässlichkeit, Ownership-Mentalität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit aus
