Als Team Lead DevOps übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Konzeption hochverfügbarer IT-Strukturen und verantwortest die End-to-End-Delivery technischer Ergebnisse.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Teamleitung & Aufbau: Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines 4-köpfigen DevOps-Teams in Deutschland. Du bist Verantwortlich für die Etablierung des DevOps-Bereichs und begleitest aktiv das Wachstum und die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder.
• Technisches Sparring & Architektur: Du agierst als technischer Moderator und Mentor. In enger Abstimmung mit Product Ownern, Software-Architekten und dem Management triffst du Tool- und Architektur-Entscheidungen für eine hochverfügbare IT-Landschaft.
• Cloud-Infrastruktur & Automatisierung: Du steuerst die Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden AWS-Umgebungen. Mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) und automatisiertem Konfigurationsmanagement (Ansible) schaffst du eine skalierbare und stabile Systemumgebung.
• End-to-End Delivery: Du trägst die Verantwortung für die GitLab-Pipelines sowie die Architektur und Sicherheit der Release-Zyklen.Kultur & Innovation: Du förderst eine agile Kooperationskultur, die auf Eigenverantwortung und kontinuierlicher Reflektion basiert. Dabei hast du die Freiheit, bestehende Tech-Stacks zu hinterfragen und zukunftssicher umzustrukturieren.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Führungserfahrung (idealerweise im Mittelstand) und hast bereits erfolgreich DevOps-Strukturen aufgebaut oder gesteuert.
• Technik-Stack: Du bringst tiefgehende Kenntnisse in AWS und Terraform mit. Sicherer Umgang mit Ansible, Containern (Docker/Kubernetes) sowie fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.
• Methodik: Du bist vertraut mit agilen Frameworks sowie modernen CI/CD-Prozessen und bevorzugst pragmatische Lösungen gegenüber starren Modellen.Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine authentische Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Mediationsstärke, die eine offene Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe lebt und sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mitbringt.
