Als Cloud Infrastructure & IT Administrator bist du verantwortlich für den stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Betrieb unserer modernen Cloud- und IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf AWS. Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Administration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und sorgst dafür, dass interne Prozesse sowie cloudbasierte Services zuverlässig funktionieren.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an einer modernen, skalierbaren Infrastruktur, optimierst bestehende Cloud-Umgebungen und bringst dein Know-how in den Bereichen AWS, IT-Security, Netzwerke und Systemadministration aktiv ein. Aufgaben

• Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Cloud-Infrastruktur auf Basis von AWS
• Verwaltung und Monitoring von AWS-Services wie EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, Lambda und IAM
• Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung von Windows-, Linux- und hybriden Systemlandschaften
• Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für interne Anwender
• Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rollen und Berechtigungen (Active Directory / Entra ID / IAM)
• Überwachung von Netzwerkkomponenten, VPNs, Firewalls und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
• Planung und Umsetzung von Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Konzepten
• Unterstützung bei Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Automatisierung mit Terraform und Docker
• Monitoring der Systeme zur Sicherstellung von Performance, Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
• Mitarbeit bei IT-Security-, Compliance- und Cloud-Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Systemintegration, IT-Administration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Cloud- und IT-Infrastrukturen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in AWS-Services wie EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC und CloudWatch
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Servern
• Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Security-Themen (VPN, DNS, Firewalls, Routing)
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Entra ID von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform) wünschenswert
• Erfahrung mit Docker, CI/CD oder Container-Technologien von Vorteil
• Verständnis für Monitoring-, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• AWS-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
