Für unser Engineering-Team suchen wir einen DevOps Engineer (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt, technische Prozesse nachhaltig verbessert und dafür sorgt, dass unsere Infrastruktur stabil, sicher und skalierbar bleibt.

Deine Rolle

Als DevOps Engineer verantwortest du zentrale Teile unserer Entwicklungs-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse.

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung, Cloud-Infrastruktur, Security und Produktbetrieb und unterstützt unsere Teams dabei, effizient, stabil und zuverlässig zu entwickeln und zu deployen.

Diese Rolle richtet sich an Persönlichkeiten, die technische Qualität ernst nehmen, strukturiert arbeiten und Systeme langfristig stabil und wartbar aufbauen wollen.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer CI/CD-Pipelines
• Automatisierung von Testing-, Deployment- und Release-Prozessen
• Betrieb, Monitoring und Verbesserung cloudbasierter Infrastrukturen
• Unterstützung und Optimierung produktiver Umgebungen und Kundeninstallationen
• Sicherstellung stabiler Development- und Deployment-Workflows für unsere Engineering-Teams
• Arbeit mit Container- und Orchestrierungstechnologien wie Docker und Kubernetes
• Verbesserung von Security, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme
• Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen aus Informationssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Compliance
• Analyse technischer Probleme sowie nachhaltige Beseitigung von Ursachen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Computer Science, Computer Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als DevOps Engineer
• Sehr gute Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und Tools (z. B. GitLab CI, Jenkins oder vergleichbar)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Git und modernen Versionskontrollsystemen
• Fundierte Praxis mit Docker, Kubernetes und Container-Orchestrierung
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS, Azure oder GCP
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und Shell Scripting
• Erfahrung im Betrieb, der Automatisierung und Skalierung von Cloud-Infrastrukturen
• Erfahrung mit Security-, Compliance- und Informationssicherheitsanforderungen
• Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsteams, insbesondere mit Scrum
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Nice-to-have

• Erfahrung in größeren Cloud-Migrationsprojekten
• Erfahrung im Mentoring oder in der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Engineers
• Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, Ansible oder CloudFormation)
• Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen (z. B. MedTech, HealthTech oder kritische Infrastrukturen)
