Wir sind ein wachsendes, nationales Housing-Unternehmen mit Fokus auf Studenten- und Mitarbeiterunterkünfte in Berlin und Leipzig. Aktuell verwalten wir mehrere hundert Wohnplätze und bauen unsere Nachfrage- und Vertriebskanäle aktiv weiter aus.

Für den Ausbau unseres Vertriebs suchen wir eine proaktive, kommunikative und vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit, die neue Nachfragequellen erschließen und aktiv qualifizierte Leads generieren kann. B2C und B2B.

Wir suchen keine klassischen Makler- oder Admin-Mitarbeiter/innen. Vielmehr Allrounder, mit Spaß am Kontakten und Herstellen und Pflegen von Geschäftsbeziehungen.

Aufgaben

• aktive Suche und Aufbau neuer Nachfragequellen
• Outbound-Akquise und Kontaktaufbau
• Aufbau und Betreuung von WhatsApp-, Telegram- und Community-Kanälen
• Kontaktaufnahme mit Studentencommunities, Relocation-Agenturen und Firmen
• Aufbau neuer Kooperationen und Partnerschaften
• Generierung qualifizierter Leads für unser Vermietungsteam
• Entwicklung neuer Ideen zur Auslastungssteigerung
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
• Dokumentation und Reporting der Aktivitäten
