Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine Steuerfachangestellte / einen Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), die oder der Lust auf eine moderne, gut organisierte Kanzlei in zentraler Lage in Hamburg hat.

Unser Mandant ist eine etablierte Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit überschaubarer Größe, einem stabilen Mandantenstamm und einem Team, in dem man sich kennt. Nicht anonym, nicht riesig, nicht „bitte Ticket ziehen und warten, bis das Fachgebiet antwortet“. Eher: kurze Wege, klare Absprachen und ein Ton, der auch am Montagmorgen noch menschlich klingt.

Betreut werden vor allem mittelständische Unternehmen, Selbstständige und anspruchsvolle Privatmandate. Also genau die richtige Mischung aus Routine, Abwechslung und gelegentlichem „Das müssen wir uns einmal in Ruhe anschauen.“

Aufgaben

Sie bearbeiten Finanzbuchhaltungen, Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüsse und unterstützen bei der laufenden Betreuung eines festen Mandantenkreises.

Sie prüfen Belege, Konten und Auswertungen, behalten Fristen im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass Mandanten nicht erst dann etwas hören, wenn die Deadline bereits mit Blaulicht durch die Speicherstadt fährt.

Sie kommunizieren mit Mandanten, Finanzämtern und internen Kolleginnen und Kollegen – freundlich, verbindlich und mit der notwendigen Ruhe, wenn ELSTER mal wieder nicht wie ein majestätischer Adler fliegt, sondern eher wie eine Möwe mit Gegenwind.

Sie arbeiten mit DATEV und MS Office und bringen sich gern ein, wenn Prozesse digitaler, sauberer oder einfach weniger nervig werden können.

Qualifikation

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte / Steuerfachangestellter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im steuerlichen Umfeld.

Sie kennen sich in der Finanzbuchhaltung aus und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Steuererklärungen und/oder Jahresabschlüssen gesammelt.

DATEV ist Ihnen nicht fremd. Wenn Sie zusätzlich Unternehmen online kennen, freut sich das Team. Wenn nicht: kein Drama, das kann man lernen.

Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, zuverlässig und behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn drei Mandanten gleichzeitig „nur eine kurze Frage“ haben.

Wichtig ist vor allem: Sie mögen klare Strukturen, ein gutes Miteinander und eine Arbeitsweise, bei der Qualität mehr zählt als Kanzlei-Theater.
