Als Senior Softwareentwickler/in (m/w/d) arbeitest Du insbesondere an individuellen Softwarelösungen für Kunden (Banken, Versicherungen und Handel).

Für unseren neuen Standort in Hannover suchen wir erfahrene Entwickler-Persönlichkeiten, die nicht nur exzellenten Code schreiben, sondern auch Lust haben, einen neuen Standort von Grund auf mitaufzubauen.

Wir arbeiten interdisziplinär für unsere Kunden daran, die individuell beste Lösung zu entwickeln. Respekt und Wertschätzung ist uns besonders wichtig.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst individuelle Fullstack-Lösungen und Softwarearchitekturen mit modernen Stacks (z. B. Java Spring, React, Angular, vue.js, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Du verstehst fachliche Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt diese eigenständig in tragfähige technische Konzepte
• Du begleitest weniger erfahrene Kolleg:innen (z. B. durch Pair Programming oder Code-Reviews) und gibst Dein Wissen gerne weiter.

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes IT-Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Java / Spring Boot und Frameworks wie Angular, React, vue.js)
• Du kennst das Arbeiten im Kundenumfeld (klassisch & agil) und kommunizierst technische Entscheidungen souverän
• Du bringst die nötige Portion Leidenschaft mit, um Gestaltungsspielräume zu nutzen und unseren neuen Standort mit uns aufzubauen
• Du hast Freude am Austausch – egal ob Kundenzusammenhang, full remote oder persönlich an der Kaffeemaschine
• Deutsch beherrschst Du sicher min. auf C1-Niveau
• gewisse Reisebereitschaft in der Region um Hannover, aber auch vereinzelt zu unseren Standorten und Kunden in NRW
