Um gemeinsam mit unserem Consulting-Team zu wachsen, suchen wir dich als Senior Testmanagement Consultant. Wenn du vielseitige Kundenprojekte im Testmanagement strukturieren, Teams in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung begleiten und Qualität gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden nachhaltig standardisieren möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Beratung, Technologie und Innovation, unterstützt von einem erfahrenen Team und mit viel Raum zur Mitgestaltung.

Aufgaben

• Du gestaltest und verantwortest den gesamten Testmanagementprozess in unseren Kundenprojekten und trägst mit deiner Expertise zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.
• Du entwickelst auf Basis von Zielen, Anforderungen und Risiken einen passgenauen Testansatz und berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung.
• Du planst im engen Austausch Teststufen, Termine und Ressourcen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Bereitstellung von Testumgebungen und -daten.
• Du unterstützt die Stakeholder bei der risikobasierten Priorisierung von Testumfang und -tiefe.
• Du verbindest Fachbereich, Entwicklung, Betrieb und Testteam und förderst die wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit.
• Du dokumentierst Testfortschritt, Fehler, Restrisiken und Freigabeentscheidungen nachvollziehbar.
• Du bewertest den sinnvollen Einsatz von Testautomatisierung und Spezialtests fachlich und bindest passende Expertise gezielt ein.
• Du arbeitest in Projekten der HanseMerkur und weiterer Kunden. Vor-Ort-Termine planen wir frühzeitig und transparent mit dir.
• Deine Projekterfahrung bringst du aktiv bei red6 ein, um Standards und Best Practices gemeinsam im Team weiterzuentwickeln.

Qualifikation

• Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Testmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung mit und hast Freude daran, diese gemeinsam im Team einzusetzen.
• Du gestaltest Testaktivitäten engagiert und eigenverantwortlich – von der Planung bis zur Bewertung.
• Dir sind risikobasiertes Testen, Teststrategie, Metriken und Fehleranalyse vertraut.
• Du arbeitest routiniert mit Anforderungen, Akzeptanzkriterien, Testfällen und Testdokumentationen.
• Du verstehst agile, iterative und klassische Vorgehensmodelle und bringst dich flexibel in den jeweiligen Projektkontext ein.
• Du verfügst idealerweise über Zertifizierungen wie ISTQB, CTFL, CTAL Test Manager, Kenntnisse der ISO 29119 oder bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Qualitätsstandards mit.
• Du bringst Interesse oder erste Erfahrungen mit generativer KI im Einsatz im Testmanagement, Qualitätssicherung oder Projektarbeit mit
• Du bewertest KI-Ergebnisse kritisch und erkennst, wo fachliche Entscheidung und Freigabe notwendig bleiben.
• Qualitätsthemen wie Leistungsfähigkeit, Sicherheit, Barrierefreiheit, Resilienz und Benutzbarkeit liegen dir am Herzen und du kannst diese fachlich gut einordnen.
