Die CELLOVATE GmbH wurde als Joint Venture der MANUGY Holding GmbH (MGY) und der PEM Aachen GmbH (PEM) gegründet. Ziel des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens ist es, innovative Batterietechnologien zu entwickeln, zu industrialisieren und lokal zu produzieren.

Aufgaben

Als Entwicklungsingenieur HIL-Prüfstand erwartet Dich …

+Verantwortung für das Testmanagement sowie die Integration und Automation des Deployments (CI/CD-Prozesse) innerhalb der Embedded-Softwareentwicklung

+die Planung und Steuerung aller Testaktivitäten über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus

+die Definition von Testprozessen, Testmethoden und Qualitätskriterien

+die Spezifikation, Erstellung und Pflege von Testfällen

+die Konzeption, Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung von einem HiL-Prüfstand für ein Batteriemanagementsystem (BMS)

+die Koordination interner und externer Testressourcen

+die Integration automatisierter Tests in die Entwicklungs- und Releaseprozesse

+die Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeit zwischen Anforderungen, Testfällen und Testergebnissen

+die Erstellung von Testberichten sowie Management-Reports

+eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-, System- und Safety-Entwicklung

Qualifikation

Für Deinen Einstieg als Softwareentwickler MATLAB/ Simulink erforderlich sind …

+Du hast bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mathematik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

+Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement von Embedded-Systemen

+Du hast Erfahrung mit Testmanagement-Tools wie Polarion, Codebeamer oder Doors

+Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von HiL-Testsystemen

+Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Speedgoat-Testsystemen

+Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Testautomatisierung und Softwarevalidierung

+Du bringst umfangreiche Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Umgebungen und Versionsverwaltung mit

+Du hast Kenntnisse in Embedded-Systemen und Kommunikationsprotokollen (insb. CAN , Modbus)

+Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Batteriemanagementsystemen mit

+Du hast wünschenswerterweise bereits Erfahrung in der Funktionalen Sicherheit gem. IEC61508

+Du besitzt gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse

+Du würdest dich als kundenorientiert, teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und kommunikationsstark beschreiben
