Deine Aufgaben

    • Verantwortung für den gesamten End-to-End Recruiting-Prozess – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum Vertragsangebot
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Manager:innen als echte:r Sparringspartner:in auf Augenhöhe
    • Proaktives Active Sourcing sowie Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Talent Pipelines
    • Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience entlang aller Touchpoints
    • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen, Tools und KPIs
    • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Employer Branding Strategie und HR-übergreifenden Projekten
    • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (insb. DSGVO)

Dein Profil

    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im Startup-, Scale-up- oder Agenturumfeld, sowie Erfahrung in der Besetzung komplexer oder geschäftskritischer Rollen
    • Starke Active-Sourcing-Skills und Freude daran, selbst aktiv Talente zu identifizieren, sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Talent Pools
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke mit Spaß daran, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Hiring Manager im Recruiting-Prozess sicher zu begleiten
    • Strukturierte, pragmatische und datenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit gutem Verständnis für Recruiting-KPIs
    • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen (HRIS) - idealerweise Personio - sowie gängigen Recruiting-Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter und join
    • Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit sehr guter Organisation und der Fähigkeit, Recruiting-Prozesse zuverlässig ins Ziel zu bringen
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
