Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische Leitung und Supervision von Kunden sowie Projekten
• Entwicklung von Strategien für Marke, Kommunikation, Kampagnen, Organisation und Operating Modelle
• Sicherstellung und Beratung zur Abstimmung zwischen Kundenzielen und kreativen Ergebnissen
• Führung von Consulting-Projekten sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse und Ziele
• Übersetzung von Business-Zielen in operative Social-Media-Maßnahmen sowie Koordination von Zeitplänen und Ressourcen im Projektmanagement
• Überprüfung von Deliverables, Durchführung von Strategie-Workshops (inkl. Top-Management) und Unterstützung bei New-Business-Aktivitäten und Pitches

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Marketingagentur oder Beratung sowie ein abgeschlossenes
• Bachelorstudium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und/oder Digitalisierung)
• Fundiertes Wissen in Marketingstrategien, Markenführung, digitaler Transformation und Konzeption
• Exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Stärke in der Entwicklung von Insights, Frameworks und kreativen Konzepten
• Breites Cross-Channel-Know-how (Social, Brand, Digital, Performance, Business)
• Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Supervision von Associates oder Strateg:innen
• Hohe Leistungsmotivation, Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungswille sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Priorisierungskompetenzen inkl. fließender Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
